LSU is back on top of the College Baseball Landscape and takes off the coast of Carolina to win the Men’s College World Series final on Sunday with a 5-3 win in Game 2.

The Tigers won the series 2-0 and have now acquired two national titles in three years.

Sunday’s competition contains several memorable moments, with LSU clinching his victory with an impressive pitch of junior right hand Anthony Eyanson, as well as a fourth innings of four runs.

Although both teams could not score in the first inning, there was still a lot of action to start the game. In the bottom of the opening frame, coastal head coach Kevin Schnall and first base coach Matt Schilling were both shot out during an argument with several referees.

The Chanticleers first got on the board with a solo home match of Dean Mihos in the bottom of the second inning, but the Tigers responded quickly with an RBI double game of the first Baseman Ethan Frey at the top of the third.

LSU finally took his first lead of the match in the fourth inning and jumped to an advantage of 5-1 as a result of two runs from Chris Stanfield and Derek Curiel.

Later in the sixth inning, Stanfield also had the opportunity to show its defensive skills.

The setup of Coastal Carolina showed its power back on the plate during the bottom of the seventh, with Wells Sykes launching a home run from two runs making the score 5-3.

However, the Chanticleers could not get closer. They started the bottom of the ninth with a runner -up at the first time, but a double game of the game quickly ends an end to the hope of a late rally.

Eyanson acted for the Tigers and picked up nine strokes compared to just one step, while three earned runs allowed in 6.1 innings of the work.

Chase Shores was also sharp from the Bullpen of LSU, which allowed only one hit in 2.2 standings.

The Tigers have now won eight Baseball National Championships in the history of the program.
