The head of the UN atomic supervisor, Rafael Gossi, told the Security Council that an Israeli strike at Iran’s Bushehr nuclear factory would cause a nuclear disaster. The Israeli army had said on Thursday that it had hit the facility, but later explained that the comment had been made in error.
