The Tampa Bay Rays player Hunter Bigge was blocked off after being hit by a nasty ball while during the Dugout during Thursday’s match against the Baltimore Orioles on George M. Steinbrenner Field.
The incident happened when Orioles catcher Adley Rutschman Connor Seabold’s slider in the Rays’ Dugout, where the ball hit Bigge. Players from both teams shook when staff immediately paid attention to him.

After being treated and stabilized his neck, Bigge gave an inch to the crowd before being crawled off the field.

The rays’ broadcast report The big was taken to a Tampa hospital for further evaluation. Manager Kevin Cash said he was aware and undergoing tests.
