It is unclear why the complaint was filed almost four months after the accident, and if the charge is related to his decision to retire, which UFC president Dana White announced on Saturday, as Tom Aspinall was named the undisputed heavyweight champion.
The Albuquerque Journal reportReferring to the complaint that a police officer responded to an accident and found a significantly intoxicated woman – not wearing clothes under the middle – in the front passenger seat that told the officer that Jones was driving the vehicle and fleding.
