A former Ohio lineman has been charged with aggravating vehicle murder to a fatal car accident on Saturday.
Kirk Barton drove a Ford F150 robbery on what local authorities considered a ‘high velocity’ when it hit a Lexus in Dublin, Ohio, around 2:56 p.m. According to a press release from the city.
Ethan Wence Perry, 24, was the manager of the Lexus and died on the scene on the city.
