Indianapolis – Fit star Tyrese Haliburton start and play in Game 6 of the NBA final against the Thunder Thursday night.
Haliburton was a decision over the time after he stretched his right calf in Game 5, but the team put him through a power test a few hours before the competition, which coach Rick Carlisle said he had come through well.
“There is no limited minute limit,” Carlisle said before the game. “We will watch things very closely and monitor from the beginning of the game throughout the game, and we will go from there.”
The Pacers follow the series 3-2 and try to force a game 7, which would be in Oklahoma City on Sunday night. Haliburton said he wants to “do everything in his power” to play in Thursday’s Must-Wen game, which includes a wide range of treatments to help-hyperbaric rooms, needles, massage, electronic stimulation, special band-to help his tense right calf, a diagnosis confirmed by an MRI investigation on Tuesday.
During his warm -up before Game 6, he wore a gray compression -sleeve just below his right knee.
He had a right -legged injury throughout the series, but the calf tribe worsened in Game 5, although he stayed in the match to play 34 minutes. However, Haliburton did not score a field goal and linked a play -off low with four points as Indiana dropped the competition.
Haliburton was on average 15.0 points, 7.2 assists and 6.2 rebounds at 45% shot by the first five games of the series.
“We had a job to do tonight,” Carlisle said. ‘We need to get ready to fight a team that was the best team in the league all year. This is a difficult match. It is an elimination. There’s a lot going on. ‘
